This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics and does not track you. We do not collect or store any personal information about visitors who simply browse the site.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses transiently in order to deliver the site securely and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google's servers; this involves your IP address being visible to Google (see Google's privacy policy).
The enquiry form on our contact page does not send us anything directly — it opens your own email app with a pre-written message, so you stay in control of exactly what you send. When you email us (an enquiry, or a CV for our associate network), we use the information you provide solely to respond to you and to manage the enquiry, application or business relationship that follows. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists without asking.
We keep correspondence only as long as it is needed for these purposes, after which it is deleted.
This website does not collect, hold or process any patient or clinical trial data. Data handling within the studies we run is governed by each study's own protocol, approvals and data protection documentation — not by this website policy.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have rights over personal information we hold about you — including the right to access it, correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, email info@clinicalresearchsolutions.uk and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
